SC pulls up probe agencies: ‘Do you want everyone behind bars?’

A bench of justices Sanjay Kishan Kaul and MM Sundresh, which had earlier also expressed concern over the agencies carrying out arrests in a routine manner despite the accused cooperating in the probe, said that there is a need to change the thinking that everyone be put behind bars.
