Hey Guys, if you are looking for someone who will explain you how to make a time table then this for you,i tried my best to explain this to you 
Before starting this first thing we have to know is, What is Time Table?

So, Time Table is simply Our day to day 24 hrs work or a routine. Now, How to make a routine?

So, simply first Take a pen and paper and write down all your 24*7 work there instead of Sunday,
LoL , cause may be it's also a rest day for you and may be your Sunday  routine is not same as other days.So, after writing your 24*7 work. First, write the all essential works and time on another page that you cant change like your wake up time,daily grind,yoga etc.
After it if you are a student then your 6 to 7 hrs of routine is already made by your school or collages or if you are a person who is in job then your minimum 8 to 10 hrs time is already fixed.So, you just can't change it.

So,simply focus on the other left time instead of these....So, Now you know how much time is free for your own work or to follow your passion
or to do your rest pending works. So, first tick out the things or your essential works that you want to do in your left free time.
Now, You have the least of your work.So, now arrange them in order to your ties need and requirement or can be said as according to demands of your
time.
          
Now,simply give them a particular free time in which you want to do them.So, now by the following above steps you just got your awesome time table made by yourself
One more thing always do your work or your things by your own because no one can do your work or things better than yourself. 

So, now come on next topic, How can yo follow your routine?
there were any people who just don't have a fixed time or their sleep,workout,breakfast,dinner etc.
So, first make a routine give it a particular time as suitable to you then on Day 1 just start from basics like small things like start following simple things of
your daily life.There were much benefit of this, Wait Let me explain this to you, If you are just beginner or new to make a routine and wants to follow it perfectly,
You can't do it in a single day cause you are not habituate to this.
So start from basics and simple things like first decide your sleeping and wake-up time, morning walk time or workout time whatever you do by which in Day 1 or 2 by following these you will get a confidence that you feel like yeah i can do it its just easy not difficult and you will start dong it and it will always be easy for you but if you directly start to advance level means like follow your whole routine since Day 1 you will loose your entire confidence and stop following your routine. OK if you didn't get my point, Let me elaborate this to you by by taking a example by which you can understand this easily:-

Just think you are a beginner and you joined a Gym for your workout and you gone their and saw many peoples doing 50 to 70 push-ups at once.
Now by seeing this you also thinks that its not much difficult, I can do more than them but when you started push-ups you just 
didn't even complete 10 push-up at once and you started loosing your confidence cause you are beginner and you are not habituate to this.So, you have to start from basics then you can go to advance level and you will be able to do push-up more than 70,80 at once. Time table is just same as this you have to start from little and small things. So may be now you got my point.

So, First start believing on yourself and think like you can and you will.
