20 years, no remission: Delhi HC enhances punishment in rape-murder

Saying the accused showed a "depraved and evil" mentality, Delhi HC enhanced the punishment of two men, who had challenged the trial court verdict in a brutal 2012 gang rape and murder case, to a minimum of 20 years in jail without remission.
