Telangana police arrested on Sunday three Hyderabad natives and suspected Lashkar-e-Taiba operatives who officers said had allegedly planned to bomb Dasara or Dussehra processions in the city, launch ISIS-inspired lone-wolf attacks this festive season, and “hurl grenades” at Sangh and BJP meetings.
