Judiciary has become part of an unholy alliance: Madras HC judge

The Madras High Court has criticized the current approach of special courts dealing with disproportionate assets cases against politicians, stating that it could lead to the end of such cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act. The court observed that the change of power in the state often results in the identities of the accused and the prosecution being obfuscated.
