'Canada allegation based on human, surveillance intelligence'

India and Canada are facing a diplomatic rift after Canada alleged India's involvement in the killing of a Sikh Canadian citizen. The allegation is reportedly based on human and surveillance intelligence, including signals intelligence of Indian diplomats in Canada. India has responded by reducing its diplomatic staff in Canada and suspending visa services for Canadians.
