Isro working to expand navigation system NaVIC coverage

The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) is planning to increase the coverage of its Indian Regional Navigation Satellite System (NaVIC) from 1,500 km to 3,000 km. NaVIC, which consists of seven satellites and a network of ground stations, is designed to provide accurate positioning and timing information.
