AI poses risk to humanity as big as nuclear weapons: UK PM

Sunak is seeking agreement from governments in the US, EU, Japan, and Canada on how to evaluate the security of AI technologies before their release. His concerns echo those of Elon Musk, who recently called AI one of the biggest threats to humanity. Sunak's remarks came as he attended a global summit on AI safety at Bletchley Park.
