New York animal control officer held for selling 'Hope'

Scott Casterline, a New York state animal control officer, has been arrested for allegedly selling a stolen pet, a Yorkshire terrier named Hope, instead of reuniting her with her owners. Casterline falsely informed the owners that the dog had died. Hope was later found residing with a different family in Ohio.
